2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Ensure safe access to your premises for service delivery

Comply with all fire safety recommendations and regulations
Failure to do so may limit the effectiveness of services or result in service delays.
3. Bookings & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings are confirmed only once accepted in writing.

Prices may change if the scope of work is altered.
4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified on your invoice.

Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services.

All fees are payable in South African Rand (ZAR).
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. We reserve the right to charge reasonable cancellation fees for late notice or non-attendance.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable measure to provide reliable services, Xolani MaTshawe Emergency Solutions shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
